DO NOT GO HERE. some dumb *** lady with some condition where she can’t even stand is employed here. SHE IS TERRIBLE. listened to 0 of my directions and cut my hair as if she were blind. worst cut ever. worst establishment ever. how in the world can u even be a hairstylist with a condition then disable u from standing, utterly embarrassing.

I have been going to Sport Clips for a long time and am typically more than satisfied with the service and the resulting haircut. I like that my notes are saved and I can know what to expect throughout the haircut. Today’s cut was a different story. To be fair the results of the haircut are satisfactory. The uncomfortable part was the cut it self I have been on roller coasters where my head was jerked around less. On top of that they were not gentle with the comb or electric razor l and would aggressively insert it into my hair. I wanted to get up and leave in the middle of the haircut. To finish it up the staff was not pushy and rude during the check out process. I understand haircuts at a chain salon might be hit and miss but this was actually an unpleasant experience.

I wanted to comment on my experience I had when trying get a haircut. I had been on the road driving for a half hour or so and decided to stop and get a haircut. When I walked in the first thing they said was, did you check in online. Of course when driving it is not a good thing to be trying to check in online. When I said no they said it was a hour wait. As I looked around there was one employee sitting in a chair talking to another employee that was cutting a customers hair and no one else in the shop waiting. All I was looking to get was a quick simple haircut/cleanup that would have taken maybe ten to fifteen minutes. So I ended up leaving and in the five or so minutes in my car making a phone call in the parking lot, there still was no other customers that entered the shop.
